Where the data comes from

We use observed listings in Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia to compare typical asking prices, gaps and supply. Removed ads provide estimated listing duration where enough records are available; removal does not confirm a sale.

We keep facts and estimates apart. Prices are facts taken straight from live listings. Gaps between markets are converted at the official currency pegs, and listing duration from removed ads and landing costs are labelled as estimates. We link out to the original listing and never copy it.

Who it is for
