Common questions
What counts as a call?
One valuation or one price-table lookup. Downloading the full-market table or the listing-level file counts as one call.
When does my quota reset?
On the first day of every month, in UTC, on monthly and yearly plans alike. Each market has its own quota.
Is VAT charged?
No. Prices exclude VAT and we do not charge it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Billing on your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your keys keep working until the end of the period you paid for, a month or a year. Fees for a period that has begun are not refunded.
If a plan change is booked for your renewal, keep your current plan first, then cancel.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, on this page. A change that adds anything, such as a higher plan, Business moved to yearly billing, or Pro moved to Dataset (both add the listing-level file), takes effect now and is charged now: on monthly billing you pay the difference for the rest of the month; on yearly billing a new year starts that day, and the unused part of your current plan is credited against it.
Dataset is billed yearly only, so a move to it that takes effect now always starts a new year.
A move from Dataset to Pro is not available during your paid year, because it would take the listing-level file away: you can move up to Business at once, or subscribe to Pro when your year ends.
A lower plan on monthly billing applies at once, with the unused part credited on your next invoice.
A change that adds nothing, such as a lower plan on yearly billing, or a switch between monthly and yearly billing with the same or a lower plan, takes effect when your plan renews, with the same keys and no gap.
A yearly plan can switch to monthly billing only with the same or a lower plan.
